                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK OF THE 
                   COUNCIL TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS WITH MS. ADDIE 
                   DOZIER AND MS. MARLENE BROWN FOR PART-TIME 
                   SERVICES AS ASSISTANTS TO COUNCILPERSONS AT 
                   A RATE OF FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5.00) 
                   PER HOUR FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) MONTHS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Clerk of the Council be and is 
       hereby authorized to execute Contracts with Ms. Addie Dozier and 
       Ms. Marlene Brown for services as part-time assistants to 
       Councilpersons at a rate of $5.00 per hour for a period of 3 
       months.  Said Ms. Dozier and Ms. Brown may be employed up to 16 
       hours weekly each or 32 hours per week totally, during said 
       period.
